Who We Are

Education Without Borders (EWB) at San Diego State University is a student organization that aims to highlight the issues affecting, and create a support system for, undocumented and other marginalized students which encourages diversity and the right to equal access of education. The Organization is comprized of undocumented students and allies with common goals.

What We Do

Provide networking resources such as community service, social events, fundraisers, and other leadership opportunities.

Our Mission

Our mission is to highlight the issues affecting underrepresented and often marginalized students in our local and extended communities. We strive to cultivate an environment that empowers students to further their education with the support of allies, while educating the community at large. We do so through raising awareness, community service, networking, and by sharing our experiences to break down stereotypes.

Our Vision

We seek to create change through the establishment of a support system that encourages diversity and the right to equal access of education. We aspire to become actively contributing members of society and global citizens by participating in endeavors that encourage personal growth and community improvement.

Our History

Education Without Borders as a student organization was founded on April 24th, 2009.
